Washer Caps

This range of silicone washer caps can be used as a cap or a plug.  The versatile nature of the washer plug allows them to fit over extrusions, threaded studs, PEMS and dowels, as well as be used as a plug for tapped holes, irregular contours and threaded holes. The washer cap has a large flange which is useful for easy fittings.

Our high temperature Silicone is specially formulated to ensure stability at elevated temperatures, to ensure reliable masking with every part.  The washer feature creates a natural grounding area around holes and studs.

Common applications for silicone washer caps include: pipe plugs, tube plugs and fittings and general flanged plugs. The Washer Cap is suitable for masking a wide range of different products for powder coating, E-coating, Plating and Anodizing.
