Much like our Plastic Coating process the rubber coating involves heating a metal part, then dipping this in liquid plastic
Maximum sizes for coating are around 750mm - 850mm long and approx. 590mm wide
Please note we only coat Metal Products – due to intensive heating

How Full Plastic Coating is done:

To coat something in plastic, the item is first heated up to temperatures ranging from 180°C up to 250°C and is lowered into a bath of liquid plastic. This sticks to the hot former forming a coating. Once the coating has been built up around the former it has to be cured and then cooled down before packing. There will need to be a holding point from which the item will hang
